Technical Information
Work surfaces
Granite is the most common work surface used. This is available in large selection of patterns and colours. Other surfaces include marble, solid hardwoods (see materials below) and solid acrylic.
Materials (Timbers)
A range of hardwoods are used in the construction of the furniture. The most common being European/English Oak. Other include: Walnut, Cherry, Maple, Ash and Tulipwood. Other timbers are available upon request.
Materials (Others)
A range of veneered plywood’s, melamine faced boards and medium density fibre boards are used in the construction of the carcases.
Hand Painted finishes
A wide selection of paint finishes and colours are used. Almost any colour can be matched.
Natural finishes
Natural timbers are finished with a selection of oils or varnishes.
Modern technology
Traditional furniture making methods are the back bone of The Fitted Furniture Company, We realise the need for incorporating the latest trends in furniture technology. Soft close drawer runners, pull out storage, modern concealed hinge systems and low voltage LED lighting systems.

All appliances are available from The Fitted Furniture Company and we are official suppliers of Miele Products. Miele has a reputation for pioneering new technology in the domestic appliance market. We would be happy to discuss your requirements and advise accordingly.
